IFLA-OCLC Fellowship program for Library profession
IFLA-OCLC Fellowship program, jointly sponsoredby the American Theological Library Association,the International Federation of LibraryAssociations and Institutions (IFLA), OCLC OnlineComputer Library Center and OCLC PICA, providesearly career development and continuing educationfor library and information science professionalsfrom countries with developing economies.The program includes lectures, seminars andmentoring and gives Fellows opportunities toexplore topics including informationtechnologies, library operations and management,and global cooperative librarianship.The Fellows visit selected North American andEuropean libraries, cultural heritageinstitutions and library organizations.
