The Mandarin Web OPAC will allow any library patron to access the library catalog from every computer in the library, and from home. Access is available through a web browser so there is no need to install any OPAC software on any computer. Library patrons can easily search the library catalog and reserve/renew books from home. To use the Web OPAC within the library Internet access is not needed.
