e-Asia contains ebooks in a variety of formats that include: MSReader, PDF, Mobipocket, .chm, .exe. Audio files are in either MP3, .wmv (Microsoft) or Apple ipod formats. Maps and images are generally in .pdf or .jpg formats. Please go to the Readers and Formats page for further information about Readers and download information. e-Book readers are, for the most part, light weight, so having a number of these programs available on a computer is common. Most ebook readers are not difficult to use.
e-Asia prefers to use .pdf format for articles and some books. The preferred format for novels and for materials to be viewed on small reading devices (such as PDA) is Mobipocket.
